Frequent Shoppers
Club
If you have been asked to join the Frequent Shoppers Club, then
you have been sent to shop The Grammar Supermarket more than three
times in a semester or more than two times for the same
issue. This is your chance to consider how you will develop strategies
for communicating. You will be graduating in less than a year and will
not have a pesky English teacher around to bug you about your writing
skills. How will you ensure that your writing is clear and concise? How
will you ensure that your writing communicates that you are a
professional in your field? In an email or Word document, please
compose a thoughtful paragraph or two that outlines your plan. Some
options that you may consider are using some type of reference guide or
using a peer review system. You will probably think of many more. Be
warned, however, that my expectation is that you will be implementing
your plan the next time that I ask you to write something.

me. If you decide to attach a file, there are directions below.
P.S. If your plan is that your mama will be editing all of your
writing, just be prepared for her to get a call from me verifying her
lifetime commitment to the project. I am not sure, but I think she
might prefer that you select a plan that is less labor intensive for
her!
